Jeffrey J. Silver, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Law Offices of Jeffrey J. Silver, bringing over 36 years of experience in personal injury law. A Baltimore native, Jeff graduated from Pikesville Senior High School in 1974 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bio-Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 1979. During his time at UMBC, he served as Vice President of the Student Government Association and was appointed as a Student Member of the University of Maryland Board of Regents.

Jeff obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1982. After admission to the Maryland Bar, he gained valuable experience at a Baltimore City personal injury firm before founding The Law Offices of Jeffrey J. Silver in 1987 and later, Silver Kolker LLP.
